The Friendship Center is an United Way non-profit agency.
We're a Georgia State- recognized PEER SUPPORT CENTER for adults in recovery from emotional and mental disorders. We offer a safe,homelike environment for our members to explore personal work and interest opportunities, identify individual goals, provide linkage to community resources, as well as assist our member to achieve sucess toward complete societal integration.
Peer support provides structured activities that promote socialization, recovery, self advocacy, development of natural supports, and maintenance of community living skills.
